If you made a ticket (either through this page or by using the chat button/contact form on the main website), they you should have been sent an email with activation instructions. If you are having trouble finding this email please check any spam/junk folders you may have. Once an account is made you can click on "Check Ticket Status" to see that status of any requests you have made.
